Sherry Sour

1⁄4 oz falernum
3⁄4 oz honey
1 oz fresh lemon
1⁄2 oz añejo tequila
1 oz amontillado sherry
- Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for about 40-60 seconds, until shaker tin freezes in your hand.
- Double strain through a fine sieve into a stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
